You are invited to participate in an Informational Workshop on:
Saturday, August 16th, 2014, from 9am – 4pm in Castle Rock.

in the MedVed Conference room located in the Chevy MedVed building.
Morning informational presentations on issues affecting our children’s education including Common Core Standards, Data Mining, State Mandated Standardized Testing and Violations of Privacy and Parental Rights in our children’s education.
Afternoon session beginning at 1pm will include a very informative talk from Angela Engel on Opting Out/Refusing the Test, followed by Senators Chris Holbert and Justin Everett at 2pm sharing their perspectives from the Colorado legislature.
We will wrap up with a moderated discussion panel with input given by
Colorado Department of Education State Board Member Debora Scheffel
Colorado Gubernatorial Matthew Hess
Colorado Attorney General Candidate David K. Williams
Colorado House District 45 Candidate Patrick Neville

Pearson VUE is seeking a part-time Test Administrator for our
Wheat Ridge, COlocation.
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
Our ideal candidate demonstrates flexibility and teamwork.
*This is strictly a part-time position and will remain as such.
*This position is not benefit eligible.
*Ability to work 5-15 hours per week with an expectation to work more hours as needed.
*Employees must be available to work various shifts between the hours of 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM various shifts as scheduled, any day Monday through Friday.
*Saturday hours are 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM about 2 Saturdays per month.
*Schedules are available at least 2 weeks in advance.
*Starting Pay $10.50/hr.
The Test Administrator position is responsible for providing a secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable friendly environment.
*Understands and complies with all testing procedures.
*Checks in examinees, verifies identification, and explains the exam process.
*Monitors examinees while testing.
*Maintains a secure testing environment.
*Communicates with internal departments to investigate and fix technical issues.
*Strictly adheres to company policies using careful judgment.
*Light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, sanitizing keyboards, office trash, etc.
*Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
*Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required.
*Strong communication skills are a must.
*Must be flexible in work hours and days.
*Ability to lift up to 20 lbs on occasion.
*Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment.
*Beginner to Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
*High school diploma or equivalent.
